How to Apply

Application Requirements

- Completed Application for Admission

- Original State Diploma or former certificate of study:
If a student registers during the same year as completing the State exam, the student must submit the original State diploma within 2 months from the publishing of results by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education.

In the mean time, students may register on the basis of their results published in the Review of the Inspector of Primary and Secondary Education in the district the student completed secondary school.

- A copy of the certificate of registration:
to be obtained from academic services

- "Fiche de Scolarité":
to be obtained from academic services

- Proof of payment of tuition and fees:
to be obtained from the finance services after receipt of payment

- A copy of the student's Identity Card

- A certificate of a clear criminal record dated within three months:
to be obtained at Public Administrative Services in the Office of the prospective student's city, municipality, territory, town hall.

- Birth certificate:
to be obtained at Public Administrative Services in the Office of the respective student's city, municipality, territory, town hall

- Certificate of Nationality:
to be obtained at Public Administrative Services in the Office of the respective student's city, municipality, territory, town hall

- Certificate of Marital Status:
to be obtained at Public Administrative Services in the Office of the respective student's city, municipality, territory, town hall

- Four passport photographs

- A certificate of fitness and health dated at least six months, attesting that the candidate is physically fit to attend college and university:
to be obtained at a state-recognized health institution

- General admission exam and English evaluation exam results:
to be obtained from the Academic Services


* These documents are kept in the student's file in the Academic Dean's office. The student must submit all required documents within three months into the academic year. Otherwise, the student's registration is invalid.




Application Deadlines

Registration begins in August and the deadline for applications is the last weekday in September.



Returning Students

For returning students, registration is effective upon payment of registration fees, state fees and tuition fees and the filing of documents as follows: 

- A copy of certificate of success or failure of the previous year
- A passport photo.
